Michelle tiene seis años y estudia kínder-6 en el colegio. Es su primer año aquí, aunque su prima Yessenia, estudia segundo grado aquí. Michelle vive con su mamá, Evelyn, y su abuela, en un caserío afuera del pueblo que se llama «Los Achiotes». Su mamá la viene a dejar en la moto todos los días y Michelle siempre se pone el casco.
El color favorito de Michelle es rosado y su comida favorita es queso. Le gusta ayudar a su abuelita en la casa, sobre todo a barrer. Lo que más le gusta Michelle del colegio es aprender a leer y cuando sea grande, quiere ser princesa.

Michelle is six years old and in kinder-6 at PNARDS. This is her first year studying here, although her cousin, Yessenia, is in second grade. Michelle lives with her mom, Evelyn, and her grandma, in a hamlet outside of town called “Los Achiotes”. Her mom brings her to school every day on her motorcycle and Michelle always wears her helmet.
Michelle’s favorite color is pink and her favorite food is cheese. She likes helping her grandmother with the chores around the house, especially sweeping. Michelle’s favorite part of school is learning how to read, and when she grows up, she wants to be a princess.
