Daniel tiene siete años y estudia primer grado en el colegio. Tiene dos hermanos aquí también: Odalis Aracely (quinto grado), y José Joel (segundo grado). Su hermana mayor, Roxana, se graduó del colegio el año pasado.
El color favorito de Daniel es el azul y es amante de la comida china. Cuando sea grande, quiere ser profesor de educación física y entrenador. La materia favorita de Daniel es matemáticas, pero lo que más le gusta del colegio es el receso. Le encantan todos los deportes. En su tiempo libre, le gusta jugar a escondite con su hermano y su primo (estudia tercero aquí también) y cuando no está escondido, se encuentra subido en la bici-carreta de la tienda de la familia, andando por todo el barrio.
Roxana siempre había asistido al colegio, pero hace un par de años, sus papás se dieron cuenta de que era importante para todos sus hijos estar en la misma escuela, sobre todo por las clases extras que recibía Roxana en computación e inglés. Sin embargo, con tres hijos aquí, se hace cara la mensualidad, y por eso le hemos ofrecido una media beca.

Daniel is seven years old and in first grade at PNARDS. He also has two siblings at PNARDS: Odalis Aracely (fifth grade), and José Joel (second grade). His oldest sister, Roxana, graduated from PNARDS last year.
Daniel’s favorite color is blue and he loves Chinese food. When he grows up, he wants to be a gym teacher and coach. Daniel’s favorite subject is math, but his favorite part of coming to school is recess. He likes all sports. In his free time, he loves to play hide-and-seek with his brother and his cousin, who is in third grade here, and can often be found riding in the neighborhood around the family’s store on their bicycle delivery cart.
Daniel’s sister Roxana had always attended PNARDS, but a few years ago his parents recognized that it was important for all their children to be at the same school, especially because of the additional classes that Roxana had been receiving in computers and English, which aren’t offered at the public school. However, with three children to support, tuition payments can be expensive. Therefore, we’ve offered a half-scholarship to Daniel.
