Steven tiene doce años y estudia sexto grado. Es su primero año en el colegio, y su hermano Cristian, también empezó a estudiar este año. Va a noveno grado. Los hermanos vienen del caserío de Amayo todos los días. Son cuarenta y cinco minutos en el bus.
La comida favorita de Steven es quesadilla mexicana y su materia favorita es lenguaje. En su tiempo libre, a Steven le gusta leer y jugar fútbol. Cuando sea grande, quiere ser abogado. Dice que todo le gusta del colegio.

Steven is twelve years old and in sixth grade. This is his first year at PNARDS and his brother, Cristian, is in ninth grade here. Steven and Cristian come to school from an area called “Amayo” every day – it’s about 45 minutes away on the town bus.
Steven’s favorite food is quesadillas and his favorite subject is language arts. In his free time, Steven likes to read and play soccer. When he grows up, he wants to be a lawyer. Steven says he likes everything about coming to school at PNARDS.
