Giselle tiene ocho años y estudia segundo grado en el colegio. Es su primer año y está muy emocionada venir a estudiar con su primo, Anthony, alumno de tercer grado. Giselle vive con su tía en el cantón de Agua Fría, afuera de Agua Caliente. Su mamá está estudiando en San Salvador y no puede pasar mucho tiempo con su hija.
La materia favorita de Giselle es inglés y su comida favorita es pollo. Ama a su profesora, Esperanza, y siempre hace sus tareas. Cuando Giselle sea grande, quiere ser doctora. En su tiempo libre, le gusta jugar con Anthony.

Giselle is eight years old and in second grade at PNARDS. This is her first year here and she’s very excited to come study with her cousin, Anthony, who’s in third grade. Giselle lives with her aunt in the village of Agua Fría, outside Agua Caliente. Her mother is a student in San Salvador and doesn’t spend a lot of time with Giselle.
Giselle’s favorite subject is English and her favorite food is chicken. She loves her teacher, Esperanza, and always does her homework. When Giselle grows up, she wants to be a doctor. In her free time, she likes to play with Anthony.
