Wilber tiene siete años y estudia primer grado en el colegio. Es su segundo año aquí. Los papás de Wilber están separados y vive con su mamá, sin embargo su papá sigue siendo parte de su vida y aparece a menudo para llevar a Wilber a almorzar. De hecho, su papá donó el trabajo de pintar todo el kínder el año pasado!
La comida favorita de Wilber es pizza y su materia favorita es lectura. Le gusta jugar fútbol y con Transformers. Su parte favorita del colegio son los juguetes que tiene en el grado. En su tiempo libre, le gusta ir a visitar su abuela con su papá.
Los papás de Wilber han tomado la decisión de mantener a Wilber en el colegio porque necesita la atención del psicólogo escolar. Tiene bastantes problemas de atención y alborota a sus compañeros, sin embargo después de hablar con el psicólogo se ha mejorado. Lo cierto es que es un servicio que no recibiría en la escuela pública.

Wilber is seven years old and in first grade at PNARDS. This is his second year at PNARDS. Wilber’s parents are separated, and he lives with his mom, but his dad is an active part of his life and can often be found picking Wilber up for lunch. His dad even helped the kindergarten teacher to paint her classroom last year!
Wilber’s favorite food is pizza and his favorite subject is reading. He loves playing soccer and with Transformers. Wilber’s favorite part of coming to school is the toys in his classroom. In his free time, he likes to go with his dad to visit his grandma.
Wilber’s parents have made the decision to keep him at PNARDS this year because he needs the attention of the school psychologist. He has trouble paying attention in class and is very disruptive to his classmates but has made small improvements this year after his sessions. This is certainly a service Wilber would not receive at the public school.
